When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 1 PM (cutoff time). We offer next-day delivery to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

3. Do I need to be in to receive my order?
While we recommend being available for the scheduled delivery, we understand that it may not always be possible. If you’re unavailable, your order may be:
- Rescheduled for an alternative time slot.
- Redirected to your local Post Office or depot for collection.
To retrieve your order, you will need to present identification along with your tracking number.
Alternatively, during checkout, you can provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.
4. Can I return my order for a refund?
Our returns policy covers damaged or faulty goods for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot process a refund.
If you need to return non-damaged goods, you must notify us within 14 working days of receiving your order and return the items within 5 working days.
Refund Conditions:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us may only qualify for partial refunds or no refund at all.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we do not accept responsibility for lost returns.
